This was such an incredible and insightful conversation with Antonio Wheeler,  Licensed Clinical Social Worker. We talk about his experience and dedication to breaking the stigma of therapy in the black male population of Chicago. In the words of Antonio: "You helped me see the forest through the trees" as we discuss candidly how to help men of color through the various forms of trauma they experience, when systemically there is still so much to heal.
